அமெரிக்காவின் நியூயார்க் நகரில் ஸ்பிராட் சாம்பியன்ஸ் ஸ்குவாஷ் போட்டி நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. நேற்று நடைபெற்ற 2-வது சுற்றுப் போட்டியில் இந்திய வீராங்கனை அனஹத் சிங்கும், ஜப்பானின் சடோமி வத்தனாபேவும் மோதினர்.
இதில் வத்தனாபே 6-11, 6-11, 11-2, 11-8, 11-6 என்ற செட் கணக்கில் அனஹத் சிங்கை வீழ்த்தினார்.
